We're Chris and Kevin. We've spent our careers inside growing companies — leading teams, navigating transition, building systems, and owning the outcomes of critical decisions across finance, strategy, and operations.

Along the way, we saw the same pattern repeat itself: founders reach a point where they need strategic insight, structure, and operational discipline — but don't want to lose control of what they've built or compromise the values that shaped it. Many are also beginning to think about succession, leadership transition, or preparing the business for a future exit.
